Sales Target Planner — Deals, Leads & Calls per Day You Need
Turn a monthly or quarterly revenue target into a daily plan. Enter your target, your average deal value and your lead-to-deal conversion rate to see how many deals you must close, how many leads you need, and how many calls each day, for you or for every rep on your team. Get a week-by-week (or month-by-month) checkpoint table and see how a better conversion rate lowers the leads and calls you need. Built for Indian sales teams, telecallers, real estate, insurance and loan agents. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to KroLead.

What if your conversion rate changes?
The same target needs far fewer leads and calls when more of your leads close. The highlighted row is your current conversion rate.

How to plan your sales target
- Choose monthly or quarterly. Enter the revenue you want to close in that period. Switch between ₹ and $ at the top; you can type 10 lakh, 1.5 crore or 50k.
- Add your average deal value. Deals needed = target ÷ average deal value, rounded up to a whole deal.
- Enter your conversion rate. Use your real lead-to-deal rate from last month. Leads needed = deals ÷ conversion rate. If you do not know it, the Lead Conversion Rate Calculator will work it out.
- Set calls per lead and working days. Most leads need more than one call. Calls per day = leads × calls per lead ÷ working days.
- Enter your team size. See the calls and revenue each rep must handle, and the leads you still need to bring in after counting the ones you already have.
- Use the checkpoints. Compare actual deals, leads and calls with the weekly (or monthly) checkpoint table, and copy the plan to share it on WhatsApp.
For example, a ₹10,00,000 monthly target with a ₹50,000 average deal is 20 deals. At 5% conversion that is 400 leads, and at 3 calls per lead it is 1,200 calls, or about 47 calls a day across 26 working days (16 a day for each of 3 reps).
Dreaming of hitting the target without losing a single lead?
A target plan only works if every lead gets its next call. KroLead is an Android CRM that keeps every lead, every call and its next follow-up in one app, and Call Pilot helps you on calls with your leads, so fewer enquiries slip away and more of them turn into closed deals.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I calculate how many deals I need to hit my sales target?
Divide your revenue target by your average deal value and round up. For example, a ₹10,00,000 monthly target with a ₹50,000 average deal needs 10,00,000 ÷ 50,000 = 20 deals.
How many leads do I need to reach my target?
Divide the deals you need by your lead-to-deal conversion rate. At 5% conversion, 20 deals need 20 ÷ 0.05 = 400 leads. If some leads are already in hand, the planner shows how many you still have to bring in.
How do I work out the calls I need to make each day?
Multiply the leads you need by the calls you usually make per lead (first call, retries and follow-ups), then divide by your working days. 400 leads × 3 calls ÷ 26 working days is about 47 calls a day, or 16 a day for each of 3 reps.
What conversion rate and calls per lead should I use?
Use your own numbers from the last month or quarter, because they vary by industry, lead source and how fresh the leads are. If you are not sure of your conversion rate, work it out first with the Lead Conversion Rate Calculator, then come back here to plan the target.
Can I plan a quarterly target?
Yes. Switch to Quarterly target and the planner uses three months of working days and shows month-by-month checkpoints instead of weekly ones. Working days per month is still the number of days you actually make calls, for example 26 if you work six days a week.
How does the conversion what-if table help?
It shows the leads and calls per day you would need if your conversion rate were 2 points lower, the same, 2 points higher or 5 points higher. It makes clear how much easier a target gets when more of your leads close, which is usually worth more than simply making more calls.
Does this planner store or upload my numbers?
No. All calculations run in JavaScript in your browser. The numbers you enter and the CSV you download are not sent to KroLead or saved by this page.
