- Call Recording Folder Upload & Employee Call Watch: owners and employees can select their phone's recording folder once to upload recorded calls and associate them with matching leads; owners can monitor whom employees talked to and listen to recorded conversations under the Employee module.
- Follow-ups: keep notes and reminders for the next call, message or meeting.
- WhatsApp: use messaging templates alongside lead records and pipeline stages.
- Field sales: carry customer information into visits and record the next step.
- Offline CRM: work with local records between connections, then reconnect for cloud sync.
- Relationship Care: manage check-ins for closed won and closed lost leads.

## Optional CallPilot and AI

CallPilot is optional; the core CRM works without it. Permissions are requested when users enable the corresponding workflow. New cloud AI sales briefs and suggested messages require internet access and AI credits. Previously generated briefs can be reviewed from local storage.
